Tutors, trainers and assessors work in complex environments - working with a large caseload of learners, in different working environments and employment settings. They have to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders - from Awarding Organisations, Employers, Estyn to the Welsh Government.
To their learners, they are often expected to be a trainer, assessor, confident, sounding board - supporting their learners with different needs and requirements.
They have to take on feedback from IQAs, EQAs, meet organisational targets and work to quality and compliance standards.
Most assessors love the variety the job brings, and the reward when learners achieve and progress. To do that our tutors, trainers and assessors need to be resilient, adaptable to change - building resilience is an essential skill to thrive in their challenging work environments.
Join us to help develop your resilience skills, and pass on what you have learnt to your learners with this half day workshop.
