Are you new to the Education and Training sector without any prior teaching experience or qualifications?
Are you thinking of developing yourself to be a trainer, tutor or teacher whether it be in the workplace or in community education?
Are you already a trainer/tutor and would like to become qualified?
The Award in Education and Training is the ideal qualification for those seeking to enter a career or become qualified in education and training.
This qualification will enable you to:
Plan inclusive and interactive teaching/training sessions
Identify roles and responsibilities of a teacher/trainer
Use a range of teaching/training techniques to deliver engaging sessions
Identify assessment methods to use to check knowledge and understanding
Give constructive feedback to develop your learners
Delivered over 3 in person workshops, and one online learning session, this qualification is assessed through three assignments and a 20-minute microteach.
You will also receive online mentoring support.
